hello i think it'd be awesome if i did a big compilation of all of my favourite characters and all the video games i like. did you know i like video games.
warning: i'm insane about half of them. i will start tweaking if you say that any of these characters you're their biggest fan because you're a LIAR I AM THEIR BIGGEST FAN. YOU PHONY

i got into lisa the painful again recently. i used to love this game religiously when i was 11 and i guess you could say the cycle continues. god help me
my friend bee (check out her website) recently got lisa definitive edition and streamed it to me and now it consumes my life
blame her for this. her fault.

okay hands down my favourite character ever. he might seem like he's not much but ever since those campfire scenes were added it makes me miserable.
god this dude deserves better
terry hintz is a silly little guy that HAS to join your party no matter what you choose. of course you can trade him away to columbo at the start of the game but that'd just be cruel come on now. he can also be killed by buzzo but like don't..don't do that either
he's a lonely man and he's really weak in battle but once you level him up enough he eventually can deal devastating amounts of damage thanks to terry's hottest dance. trademarked or something. lol. it's kind of obvious he's depressed and he tries to cope with it by seeming confident (he is not) calling himself the LORD OF HINTS and saying how he has tons of fans (no one wants to talk to this guy),,his depression is quite obvious in the sequel to lisa the painful, lisa the joyful, where his land of hints can be found!!! with each little hint he puts down it becomes increasingly obvious that this guy needs friends it just makes me sad
i think about the fact that the best day of his life was meeting brad. kind of sad that you can just kill him off at the end of the game though theres lots of theories saying how it's brads hallucinations or whatever? i don't really know. i find it really gut wrenching that during that fight he's curled up in a ball and crying. this guy needs a hug PLEASEEEEE
the campfire scene between brad and terry was really sweet. i loved that brad allowed him to hug him because it shows how much he truly cares for terry. like he wouldn't let just anyone hug him you know. brad and terry's relationship makes me want to jump off a bridge can they kiss Please??? i wish lisa the painful was called lisa the happy and all you did was be happy.

i don't actually have much to say about this guy but god i swear whenever i use him in battle i feel like i'm cheating
this guy and his gasoline spit it literally makes every fight so much easier. like if you have terry and brad doing fire attacks you already know its literally OVER
i think that birdie and terry would get along well but terry wouldn't rlly drink much. anyway birdie makes it rlly easy for me to use my ultimate technique:
forcing alcohol down brads throat so he keeps doing crits. oh also i make terry drunk but only sometimes. aren't i a great player. now brads gonna have 2 seperate addictions that are hard to beat! wonderful
i like his character design a whole lot also he looks funny. i wish we knew more about him or like some type of campfire scene? he had two boys but then he left his family or something i'm not sure
i like to think that he'd also get really along with olan since theyre both alcoholics......common sense methinks. terry olan and birdie campfire scene when. when will i be happy.
oh yea and btw if u have terry nern and birdie on ur team then make terry hype brad up make birdie give brad some alcohol and make nern talk ab techniques to birdie so then next turn he'll do his gasoline spit and like terry will do his hottest dance and brad will do fireball. boom repeat until the enemy is dead. that easy. oh yeah and if u haven't already piss off the opponent using terry's verbal bash if he doesn't have enough sp left to keep doing the hot dance attack!!! okay. don't actually take my advice because i probably suck at this game but that's usually my strategy. sorry this has gotten completely offtrack lol..

now i don't have much to say about him either because he's not really a favourite character BUT you know what i do really like him.
from all the dialogue i've seen he's a very sweet man albeit an alcoholic (i'm telling you birdie and him would get along) i just wish that the campfire scene we got between him and brad didn't exist dude
my friend streamed the entirety of lisa to me recently and since we were going the no joy route we never got it but holy shit i watched a video right of theee campfire scene and???dude..????brad come on now you can't just toss drugs to someone and go 'do this instead of alcohol' like you should know better you're a grown ass man
WHAT MAKES ME ESPECIALLY UPSET IS THE FACT THAT YOU CAN SEE HIM ON THE TOP OF THE BAR THING IN THE FIRST AREA AS A JOY MONSTER ITS SO OVERRRR
i think dingaling loves torturing his fans actually because what. this game has been out since 2015 boom definitive edition comes out and everyones been starving for character content and this is what they get. like i'd be devastated if i was olans biggest fan
it's actually so evil what they did to him. why couldn't they just have a scene of olan and brad drinking and brad actually loosening up a little and having fun for once. please let me experience HAPPINESS stupid lisa game.
anyways i don't rlly got him on my team because like... he's not the best at combat i feel. he's fine like he's okay really but. feels like the weakest party member i had when i had him before birdie ya know. his rapid arrow is pretty good though!!!
also for some reason i feel like hes got one of those tramp stamp tattoos or a womb tattoo. a fancy black one. am i insane? yes i am

i have had the misfortune of getting a little tired one day and downloading a fangame that i don't even remember how i found it or where i downloaded it from where it contains brad and columbo doing fun activities in bed. and i am ashamed to say that it has made me actually think about columbo a lot more which is sad because why did a fangame make me do that???? also thats freaky as hell what is this dinoburger person DOING???
anyway yeah this guy. this guy SUCKS i hate this dude. but i will say that i find him funny. and the way he talks is really distinct. i don't know why he talks like that he's probably trying to make himself seem smart by using big words and using OLD english of all things like dude nobody gaf if you used 'hath' or 'thy' go have a nice nap and calm down you grown ass loser
its funny that he just. has a deer he uses as some typa horse. hi spaghetti what a sweet little guy
though i genuinely wish dingaling added more to his character. because this guy is literally just. hey brad i hate you i'm going to inconvenience you because i'm jealous of you!
like at least with buzzo yeah he's an asshole and he's horrible but he had an actual reason to cause this much agony on this dude plus he has a backstory and nuance to his character while columbo is just like. hey brad i'm envious so i'm going to bully you and cause you even more childhood trauma like...can't we get a little scene explaining why he's like this??? was he having a hard time at home?? did he get bullied before??? like is he just an ass for the sake of being an ass PLEASE TELL ME?????
anywho he is actually quite fun to draw but i suck at drawing mohawks. i think it's sad that in the end when he took terry in he just put him up against brad. i'm wondering if they had a friendship or if columbo simply wanted him to kill brad and that's it and didn't really care?? then again its kinda said that columbo trained terry up and everything so i think it's safe to assume that there's something there. like i think they'd be at least a little bit fond of eachother. Terry especially since he's lonely and like brad threw him away. but like yeah this guy i hate this guy let's kill him!
offtopic but did you know he has a whole ass THEME SONG THAT DINGALING NEVER FUCKING USED??? i've been listening to it on repeat it is genuinely apart of my fav osts from lisa now. i love the weird drums idk it just SCREAMS 'columbo' when i listen to it. it reeks of it some might say.
also i saw a comment under his little battle theme and i wholeheartedly agree with it. here's what the commenter says:

anyway i like him. i keep accidently using she/her pronouns on him for some reason. i can't believe dingaling added a cross dresser to lisa is he WOKE?!? i will not STAND for this!
no but seriously i like queen. the campfire thing they did between him and brad is honestly pretty cool i liked it. it shows that he has more depth rather than just all of his dialogue being sex talk and stuff. plus he respects brads boundaries we love to see it
i don't think he's a very good fighter.....my friend bee used him in battle and it was kind of pathetic how bad he was. then again maybe he gets good near the end of the game who knows lol.
if i was in lisa i'd be friends with him probably. you'd never catch me in the beehive though im not like that.

honestly he got it so bad even preflash. his family hated him, he tries to save the world by trying to get buddy to rando with sticky and ends up getting literally torture and even ends up dying but thats the players choice so i'm going to imagine hes alive and well
he just wants normalcy he desperately wants his old routine back i imagine. maybe minus the apathetic wife...
this guy is the representation of toxic positivity. poor dude. no rick! it never gets better if you pretend its better!
like poor dude he lived in a house where everyone hates him but hes so lost on what to do that he just pretends everythings fine. he acts completely oblivious but deep down he knows he won't be able to keep this up forever
my friend bee brought up that he looks similar to tricky rick and i do not want to hear it. why did dingaling decide to model his design after a penis is this a joke.
poor dude...i relate to him a lot. i love seeing stuff about him and his dialogue. theres so much to him i love it
if i could reccommend any game to someone reading this right now please play lisa the oblivious. its a wonderful fangame that delves into sticky and rick's friendship (though rick became a joy mutant in this fangame) and i love the dream part near the start of the game that really shows off ricks psyche even when mutated. oh also i odnt know i find their relationship very sweet in that game. good writing but the combat is absolutely atrocious!
i think that this guy has a very good heart. yes i don't agree with what he did; i don't think that bringing buddy to rando at such a young age is going to be any good. but i feel as though she would've broken out before becoming an adult anyway. i think that this plan to bring her to rando so young is pretty stupid though but i really cant blame him?? he's just trying to do what he thinks is right rather than what he FEELS is right compared to brad. i think sticky is the same too!!
in the end at the last encounter you have with him he'll protect sticky and i think that's very sweet. but you know you can just kill them both lol
